Responsibilities
  • Drive the creation and delivery of seamless customer experiences across all stages and touchpoints in the customer lifecycle.
  • Help the University grow customer satisfaction, increase efficiency of systems and operations, and drive profitability.
  • Work on projects across the entire customer lifecycle at RMIT.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in UX, UI, and Accessibility to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Unpack complex systemic challenges and research new customer segments.
  • Advocate for the customer (staff and student) and drive customer-centric change across the university.

Requirements
  • Experience as part of a Customer Experience or service design team.
  • Experience working across all aspects of CX projects from research, data synthesis, insights development, prototyping, and experience design.
  • Ability to employ human-centred design and design thinking methodologies.
  • Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional team members.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe creative suite, Miro, Figma, and similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills in producing and sharing findings through compelling artefacts.
