Salary
  • $112,916 to $150,694 plus 17% superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Undertake independent research in the areas of tobacco control
  • Contribute to the teaching activities of the School at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Assist in outreach activities
  • Work on epidemiological and public health projects related to the health impacts of e-cigarette use and chronic disease
  • Support and enable the National E-cigarette Monitoring and Evidence Consortium
  • Contribute to and potentially convene courses within the ANU Master of Public Health
  • Supervise or mentor less senior staff
  • Undertake other leadership roles as applicable
  • Contribute cooperatively to the overall intellectual life of the Centre, College and University

Requirements
  • Completed a relevant doctoral qualification or equivalent qualifications or research experience
  • Post-doctoral research experience that has resulted in publications, conference papers, reports or professional or technical contributions
  • Advanced qualifications and/or recognised significant experience in the relevant discipline area
  • Demonstrable scholarly and professional achievement in the relevant discipline area
