Responsibilities
  • Lead the university's communications and government relations functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support organisational objectives.
  • Strengthen the university's position within the higher education and regional context.
  • Advocate for the university and create influence with stakeholders and communities.
  • Build the university's reputation and connection with community, industry, and government.

Requirements
  • Executive level leadership experience within large, complex environments.
  • Extensive experience in strategic communications and government relations.
  • Superior stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing change.
  • Ability to build capability and keep people engaged.
