Responsibilities
  • Provide high level administrative support to the CEO and Director of VET, including the coordination and management of diaries, scheduling of meetings and committees, drafting of agendas, minutes and action plans and associated follow up.
  • Coordinate and manage all travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Administer all files, templates and reporting for the office of the CEO and Director and assist in the compilation and production of reports, submissions, statistical summaries and data sets, discussion papers and other correspondence as required.
  • Assist in the management of finance reporting and administration for VET.

Requirements
  • Experience delivering high-level executive administrative support (experience in Vocational Education and Training (VET) or higher education preferable but not essential).
  • Demonstrated time management skills, including attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, organise workload and manage competing priorities/deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with senior leaders and collaborate with colleagues, across multifunctional teams by providing a high level and responsive service.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in application of Microsoft Office suite and the ability learn computer software programs and work with enterprise systems.
  • Proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Relevant experience, an administration qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Supportive of the Objects of Notre Dame as a Catholic University.
