Salary
  • (HE09) $128,217 to $137,173 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching and support to the Workplace Relations Advisors to ensure high quality, accurate and consistent industrial advice across the University.
  • Work closely with the Manager, Workplace Relations, to identify and deliver best practice Workplace Relations and HR Case Management services.
  • Support Enterprise Bargaining and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
  • Design and improve employment and workplace policy and procedures.

Requirements
  • Extensive working knowledge and understanding of workplace relations legislation and contemporary industrial relations principles.
  • Experience in advocacy before industrial tribunals.
  • Expertise in managing complex cases involving discrimination, harassment, equal opportunity, and unfair dismissal.
  • Experience conducting thorough enquiries and managing complex investigations, including gathering and analysing relevant evidence and data.
  • Superior influencing skills to successfully influence senior stakeholders and external parties.
