Salary
  • Total remuneration valued to $130,436 - $145,828 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $110,220 - $123,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Learning Technology Team in supporting and maintaining the Learning Technology Ecosystem.
  • Work closely with the Canvas Learning and Teaching Lead (Product Owner) to ensure that the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated systems are functioning and configured appropriately.
  • Ensure staff have access to appropriate support and training.
  • Build and develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders to effect positive change to the student technology enhanced learning experiences.
  • Take responsibility for the team's ServiceNow presence, including forms, knowledge articles, processes and workflows.

Requirements
  • Excellent understanding of learning technologies.
  • Experience in managing Learning Management Systems, specifically Canvas.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing training and support to staff.
