Salary
  • Higher Education Worker Level 7 - $121,056 to $130,572 p.a. (comprising base salary of $102,294 to $110,335 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)

Responsibilities
  • Inspiring young Indigenous students to dream big and achieve their goals.
  • Working on programs like 'Heartbeat' for primary students and 'Pathways to Dreaming' for high schoolers.
  • Building confidence, academic skills, and cultural pride in students.
  • Preparing work plans and organizing events.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing promotional materials for programs.
  • Hosting program activities and supervising student ambassadors.
  • Contributing to reports and evaluations of programs.

Requirements
  • Experience engaging with Indigenous youth.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Willingness to embrace change and tackle new challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between campuses and schools.
  • Current NSW Employee Working with Children Clearance.
