Salary
  • Base salary range: $64,597 – $71,552 p.a plus 17% superannuation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assistance to dental students and OHCWA clinical staff during patient treatment.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene throughout the clinic.
  • Provide patient care and conduct administrative duties as required within the clinic.

Requirements
  • Completion of Certificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Clinic Assisting or equivalent qualification.
  • Current knowledge of dental assisting procedure and experience in dental assistance within public dental or teaching facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
