An exciting opportunity to oversee the operations on a new transnational medical degree.
Salary: Base salary range: $112,114 – $122,544 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the area:
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the University’s schools, including Heads of School, academic staff and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools’ and University’s strategic objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. The Schools Operations team provides academic support services and general administrative support to the University’s Schools.
About the opportunity:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Dean of Global MD Program and Leadership team.
- Be responsible for onboarding processes and managing a team to provide general administrative support to the Global MD Program.
- Coordinate the provision of services from other professional areas and providing complex troubleshooting and advice to relevant members of the school community in support of the Global MD’s goals and objectives.
About you:
- Substantial relevant management experience at an appropriate level.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and resource planning.
- Demonstrated ability to provide academic support in a higher education setting.
Note: The role requires occasional international travel.
