Salary
  • Level 6, $90,038 – $97,437 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Drive workplace relations initiatives and projects that strengthen UniSC’s approach to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Promote a healthy, safe, and compliant workplace by ensuring alignment with legislation, Enterprise Agreements, policies, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders on workplace relations and People and Culture matters, helping shape a supportive, engaged workforce.
  • Play a key role in delivering exceptional client support while contributing to initiatives that boost efficiency and enhance our workplace experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience providing workplace relations and P&C advice, with a solid understanding of Enterprise Agreements and the Australian industrial framework.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders, building rapport and fostering effective working relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A sharp eye for interpreting, analysing, and solving problems, offering strategic and operational advice on various People & Culture matters.
