Salary
  • $116,075 - $128,126 pa HEW Level 08 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

Responsibilities
  • Identifying business improvement needs and assessing the impact of changes.
  • Capturing and documenting requirements and ensuring they are delivered while supporting the business through implementation and change processes.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and achievement of business unit goals by developing solutions to improve financial capability and respond to issues, trends, and opportunities.
  • Coordinating and overseeing business process improvements by setting direction, introducing relevant tools and methodologies, and analyzing business processes to identify and recommend solutions.
  • Leading the costing and budget development, financial reporting, and compliance requirements for complex research projects.
  • Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with various stakeholders to communicate overall vision, facilitate change, and enhance business policies and processes.

Requirements
  • Extensive Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, planning, design, testing, and system integration.
  • Experience in mapping business requirements and identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy skills using a broad range of software packages including Microsoft suite of applications and financial management systems such as SAP or similar accounting packages relating to the analysis of financial data.
  • Expertise in Microsoft PowerBI or similar enterprise data analysis and visualization tools.
