The Opportunity
Join our team and play a key role in promoting the University to prospective international students, driving engagement and conversion. You’ll create high-quality marketing and communication materials tailored to diverse global audiences, delivering targeted campaigns across multiple channels. As a subject matter expert in communication systems and lead-generating platforms, you’ll ensure technologies are leveraged to their fullest potential. You'll also manage UniSC’s international social media and digital channels, creating engaging content that ensures brand consistency and strengthens our global presence.
Please note - This role requires occasional non-standard working hours, with potential restrictions on recreational leave during peak periods.
You will
- Create high-quality international marketing and communication materials suitable for various markets and audiences, including content development for UniSC’s international social media channels.
- Deliver targeted international marketing and communication initiatives across multiple channels, aimed at attracting international students and enhancing their conversion rates.
- Manage communication and enquiry management systems and lead-generating platforms, ensuring optimal use of technologies and maximising their potential.
About you
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Your experience ensures marketing activities are systematic, integrated, aligned, and leveraged for maximum impact. You excel in troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration, using lateral thinking to deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Your ability to foster strong relationships and think creatively makes you a valuable asset in achieving shared goals.
You will possess:
- Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience or possession of an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the creation, production, and distribution of diverse marketing and communication materials for various markets, audiences, and channels, with proactive engagement of subject matter experts.
- Proven track record in planning, executing, and refining targeted marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels to achieve strategic objectives.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and other digital channels, ensuring the delivery of engaging content and maintaining brand consistency.
Desirable
- Fluency in a language other than English and of significance to the University's recruitment strategy.
- Experience and expertise in the use of marketing and communication technologies such as customer data and marketing automation platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
