PRIMARY DETAIL
Seeking for a hands-on Front Desk Night Auditor responsible for the delivery of all front desk tasks and first point of contact for all guests on site particularly from 11pm to 7am.
THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor to join our Hotel and Conferencing team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in the hospitality industry.
We are looking for an individual who is a hands-on Front Desk Night Auditor to join our team. The front desk night auditor reports directly to the front office manager and is a key member of the hotel team. You would be responsible for the overnight operations of the hotel from 11.00pm -7.00am. This includes verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, reconciling and balancing charges, also assist with check-ins and check-outs, and any other service that a guest may require.
Duties include:
- Perform hotel guest check in and check out
- Settling accounts for early departures
- Addressing customer queries and customer issues completing necessary reconciliation and reports
- Conduct walkthroughs of the building ensuring it’s secure and report any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder to deliver on outcomes
This position requires a Criminal History Check and First Aid Certificate

ABOUT YOU
A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised, you have a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions. The successful candidate can demonstrate:
- Skill and experience in a customer facing role
- Experience with customer billing and processing invoices
- Excellent attention to detail
- Availability to work independently
- Strong time management
Good knowledge of hotel management systems (eg Opera) (desirable).
