Responsibilities
  • Enhance service delivery within the Digital Workplace Experience team.
  • Focus on optimising the synergy between processes, technology, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor operational managers and teams in adopting new business processes and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using agile tools.
  • Manage selected operational processes and develop expertise across various disciplines.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in designing a service management practice in a complex environment.
  • Proven experience in running day-to-day IT service management processes.
  • Ability to solve problems using sound judgement based on professional expertise.
  • Demonstrated understanding of activating and improving IT service management processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience in a similar role or service management design experience.
  • Relevant industry certification in ITIL, Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Agile, Process Improvement.
