Salary
  • Pro-rata of $93,496 - $100,918 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, ensuring they meet high standards of project management and are executed within timelines and budgets
  • Develop and manage targeted communications for events, utilising both traditional and social media platforms
  • Provide high-level administrative services to support the smooth operation of the WSCA team, especially during international missions and events
  • Liaise with stakeholders, prepare itineraries, organise meetings, and manage presentations and external communications
  • Support a major regional conference in 2025, including preparatory meetings and workshops
  • Manage and coordinate a range of events and engagement projects within strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Deliver complex administrative processes, including scheduling meetings, producing reports, facilitating communication and workflow, and preparing presentations and other written materials
  • Coordinate event management using project management software such as Click Up or similar software

Requirements
  • Experience in event management and logistics coordination
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in international engagement and events, and/or working across different cultures and languages will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Proficient in project management software
