Salary
  • Total remuneration range $128,506 to $151,889 pa (includes salary range of $108,581 to $128,339 pa based on full-time equivalent, employer superannuation contributions up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)

Responsibilities
  • Play a significant role in the ongoing development of UniSQ’s offerings in Speech Pathology and related health programs, including internal and external accreditation.
  • Work with a growing and diverse team while building strong linkages with industry and professional bodies.
  • Ensure ongoing professional relevance of awards, access suitable student experiences, and facilitate partnerships in applied research.

Requirements
  • A Doctoral degree in an area relevant to Speech Pathology or progress towards gaining a PhD.
  • Registration (or eligibility to register) as a Speech Pathologist by Speech Pathology Australia. Additional certification for clinical practice is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully teach into the Speech Pathology discipline incorporating contemporary, blended approaches.
  • Experience with interprofessional education, novel placement models, Indigenous, regional, rural and remote health, including but not limited to student led clinics.
  • A research track record, including high-quality publications, external funding or other relevant applied research outcomes.
