Responsibilities
  • Represent RMIT to prospective students
  • Engage in needs-based conversations with future students
  • Promote tailor-made solutions and benefits of studying at RMIT
  • Manage contact channels including Phone, Email, Live Chat, Social, Face to Face
  • Meet and exceed student recruitment sales targets
  • Maintain CRM database

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive team member roles
  • Proven experience in acquisition/sales/recruitment
  • High-level communication and comprehension skills
  • Ability to manage difficult client expectations
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
  • Comfortable in a call center environment
