Salary
  • Base salary will range from: $78,944.40 - $87,750.37 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)

Responsibilities
  • Organize and deliver program learning activities (live sessions, recordings).
  • Manage participant correspondence and support.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities (surveys, data management).
  • Assist with project reports, documents, and process improvement.
  • Provide general office support and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate purchases and maintain program equipment and supplies.
  • Support project financial administration.
  • Facilitate participant enrolment in UQ systems.

Requirements
  • A relevant degree with subsequent experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, follow policies and procedures, and exercise initiative and sound judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client service focus with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with people from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and awareness of cultural differences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, whilst taking full accountability for the efficient delivery of assigned tasks within agreed timeframes and service standards.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master different software applications.
  • Knowledge of the higher education sector, particularly in relation to international development.
