Remuneration: $100,354 base (+ 17% Super, leave loading)
Visa: Full working rights will be required for the duration of the contract terms.

Why this role matters:
A Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer plays a key role in coordinating placements and student compliance for UNSW Medicine & Health programs and is based in the Education and Student Experience Faculty team.
Key skills required:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience in a tertiary education environment, preferably with organising placements in the Public and Private Health sectors, or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively within a team, but also to take initiative and work independently while managing competing demands.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders including academics, professional staff and professional networks.
- Demonstrated experience providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage and streamline multiple tasks/processes, respond to changing priorities and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
- High-level proficiency in a range of computing skills, including Microsoft suite applications and Placement Management Systems, with the ability to learn and promote the use of new systems.
