  • Level 7 - $98,467 to $107,591 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level operational, business and administrative support
  • Play a key role in progressing First Nations Strategy at Charles Sturt
  • Collaborate with colleagues on Bathurst campus and work from home up to 2 days per week
  • Manage projects, budgets, and high-level meetings
  • Draft key reports and communications
  • Ensure the administrative aspects of the Office of First Nations Strategy are effective and efficient.

Requirements
  • Identify as an Indigenous Australian
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, with demonstrated experience in managing budgets and projects
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities in a senior level and high-volume environment
  • Commitment to progressing the First Nations Strategy at Charles Sturt University.
