Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of the direct recruitment process.
  • Employ high-touch strategies to optimise conversion rates.
  • Oversee the management of all inbound prospective student inquiries.
  • Ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Manage a team of five direct reports.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of higher education and TAFE recruitment functions.
  • Proven expertise in the management of people and projects.
  • Knowledge of Australian tertiary education, university systems and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in using a CRM platform for recruitment management.
