About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Workplace Delivery Team Leader at Swinburne.
The Digital Workplace Delivery Team Leader reports to the Associate Director of Digital Workplace Operations within the Digital Workplace Experience Team (DWX) in Information Technology and is tasked with leading a team to achieve Service Excellence. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address their needs while serving as a key interface for other staff within Swinburne IT. The focus is on ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of customer-facing services.
Providing guidance and team leadership, the Digital Workplace Delivery Team Leader is responsible for fostering an engaged and enthusiastic team environment, aiming to provide best-in-class service delivery to Swinburne IT customers. This position also encompasses customer liaison, management, and supervision of the Digital Workplace Staff, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high standards of customer service and responsiveness to both internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Lead an established team of Digital Workplace Representatives
- Provide ongoing support, coaching and professional development to team members
- Comply with Swinburne people leadership expectations in developing team members
- Ensure priorities and delivery are aligned to IT strategy in support of the University goals; ensure team members understand their contribution
- Actively manage functional operations of the Service Delivery team, in a coherent and consistent manner, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of client focused support services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance employee productivity and satisfaction
- Responsible for providing a high level of satisfaction to the customers of Swinburne IT; liaise with senior staff and key stakeholders
- Collect customer feedback on the service provided; report on results and develop action plans for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Postgraduate level qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems and relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience
