Responsibilities
  • Lead innovative space planning projects across three campuses.
  • Manage key systems like Archibus and Space Central.
  • Drive improvements in space data and strategic planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project briefs.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of facilities.
  • Guide the planning of academic and professional staff accommodations, Learning and Teaching spaces, and specialized research labs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective project governance and communication.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in architecture, project documentation, property, space management, project management, or related fields.
  • Detailed analytical and critical thinking skills, including advanced analytical skills for space analysis and organizational planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including vlookup), Autocad (or similar), Cadcorp Spatial Information System (preferred), Archibus (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think flexibly and creatively under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
