The Manager, First Year Experience and Peer Programs is a pivotal, hands-on role within Macquarie University's Dean of Students portfolio. You’ll manage key student transition initiatives and peer engagement programs, including Macquarie Kickstart and O-Week, fostering a supportive, inclusive campus environment.
This role requires a passion for leadership, as you’ll directly oversee the implementation of peer mentorship and engagement programs, working with over 100 student groups to enhance the student experience. In addition to working directly with students, you’ll collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring programs meet compliance standards under the Higher Education Support Act (HESA) and TEQSA requirements.
