Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective students.
  • Engage in inbound and outbound interactions with future students.
  • Promote RMIT and its offerings to prospective students.
  • Manage multiple contact channels including Phone, Email, Live Chat, Social, and Face to Face.
  • Meet and exceed competitive student recruitment sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in a CRM database.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a proactive team environment.
  • Proven experience in an acquisition/sales/recruitment environment.
  • High level communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult client expectations successfully.
  • Experience with CRM systems for capturing lead and case data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs.
  • Comfortable working in a call centre environment.
