Salary
  • UOM 9 – $139,693-$145,339 p.a. plus 17% super

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, plan and deliver the annual events plan across Chancellery and faculties
  • Allocate resources to manage workload fluctuations and liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to develop annual budget tracker for events
  • Provide advice and access to self-serve event planning tools and information on emerging event practices across 'Deliver-it-yourself' DIY events for in person, hybrid, and online events
  • Seek opportunities to leverage technologies to introduce new and improved processes

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in supporting major, high-profile events within a large complex environment, developing and implementing communication programs to effectively engage audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent supplier relationships including contract review and management, with special reference to pricing and service delivery
  • Experience managing people and virtual teams
  • Relationship management experience and expertise – and ability to work with senior executives
