Senior Coordinator, Student Lifecycle

Salary
  • Salary HEW 8 + 17% Superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team providing administrative support to the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to students and Learning & Teaching (L&T) staff.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals and complex situations.
  • Proven skills in leading, motivating, and managing a team handling high volumes of queries.
  • High level administrative skills, preferably in the tertiary sector.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level computer skills with experience in Microsoft suite, databases, and CRM software.
  • Pro-active approach to planning, organisational and project management.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and lead staff through change.

  • Full-time, Fixed Term positions until December 2024 and August 2025.
