Overview:
2 Full-time, Fixed Term positions until December 2024 and August 2025
Salary: HEW 8 + 17% Superannuation
Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University.
About You:
The Senior Coordinator, Student Lifecycle will lead a team that will provide administrative support to the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation, including the provision of timely and accurate advice to students and Learning & Teaching (L&T) staff.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals, cultures and complex situations.
- Proven skills and experience in successfully leading, motivating and managing a team that manage a high volume of queries and issues and foster a strong commitment to high level customer service.
- Proven high level administrative skills preferably with experience in the tertiary sector.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage complex tasks with a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
- High level computer skills with experience using the full Microsoft suite, databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Demonstrated pro-active approach to short and long term planning, organisational and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a changing environment with the flexibility to adapt to new systems, processes, and work practices, and particularly in leading staff through change.
