Salary
  • $128,316 - $134,446 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Student Safety and Wellbeing and Accessibility programs.
  • Provide case management on issues impacting student safety and wellbeing, including harmful behaviours, mental health, trauma, grief, substance misuse, and financial concerns.
  • Oversee reasonable adjustment plans for students with disabilities to ensure equity in access and participation.

Requirements
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Counselling, Health Services, or Community Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and case coordination in a large organisation.
  • Experience in managing and reporting on government funding.
