Salary
  • Academic Level C: $129,607 - 148,787 + 17% superannuation contributions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary clinical supervision for postgraduate students at the JCU Psychology Clinic.
  • Oversee day-to-day educational activities of the clinic.
  • Ensure seamless operation of the clinic and nurture client referrals.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the program enabling postgraduate students to meet their professional graduate competencies.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology and endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Recognition as a board-approved supervisor and relevant experience in supervising students in the Clinical Program.
  • Proven experience in providing quality supervision to provisionally registered psychologists.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills in people and resource management.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and administrative abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and implement business improvement strategies.
