Responsibilities

Assist in the supervision and care of children aged 0 to 5 years
Participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the developmental program
Interact positively and appropriately with children and implement routines which enhance well-being.

Requirements

Hold, or be actively working towards, a Certificate III in Early Education and Care
Knowledge and understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012
Experience in working in the Education and Care industry and working with children 0 to 5 years
Understanding and experience with the Accreditation and Assessment rating process in accordance with the Australia Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is desirable
Awareness of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards and Elements is desirable
A Working with Children Check will be required by the successful applicant.
