Responsibilities
  • Establish robust partnerships with stakeholders and colleagues to drive significant improvements.
  • Analyse and define business requirements, mapping them to relevant systems and platforms.
  • Conduct detailed functional and non-functional gap-fit analyses.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions, including business process reengineering and systems optimization.
  • Lead the daily operations of the application team within Digital Technology Solutions.
  • Prioritize and allocate tasks among team members and serve as a key point of escalation for unresolved issues.

Requirements
  • Substantial experience in developing and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs in a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in project managing business process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven understanding of change and change drivers, responding adaptively to changing organizational priorities.
  • Proven ability to contribute significantly to the University, including providing authoritative advice and developing strategic and operational plans.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
