Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Dean of the La Trobe Business School and other members of the Executive Team.
  • Responsible for a range of HR functions including recruitment support and related activities.
  • Support the activities of the School and its two academic departments and two research centres.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the Tertiary sector.
  • A relevant degree with extensive administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated high level of written and oral communications skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to observe a high degree of confidentiality.
  • High level of proficiency in computer software systems including Calendar, Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the use of internet search tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating agendas, minute taking and follow through of action items for executive level meetings.
