Salary
  • Base salary will be in the range $111,154 - $124,619 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 8)

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and continual improvement of UQ’s Pulse Staff Engagement survey, including data analysis, reporting and the development of action plans to enhance year-on-year results.
  • Collaborate with HR’s Client Partnering team to design and facilitate client-facing workshops, focused on areas such as leadership, team development and cultural transformation.
  • Provide expert coaching to senior leaders across the University, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and foster organisational growth.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of broader organisational culture initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive staff engagement, performance and capability development.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in organisational development, with proven expertise in driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and capability development.
  • Strong analytics skills and expertise using contemporary software platforms to analyse and manipulate data sets to generate actionable insights, and create informative reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and delivering impactful training sessions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, independent approach to managing multiple priorities, with a commitment to continuous improvement and upholding UQ’s values of integrity, respect, and inclusivity.
