About This Opportunity
Our prestigious School of Pharmacy welcomes applications for a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer, with expertise in clinical pharmacy, to join their team of high-performing academics and researchers on a continuing basis.
This is a Teaching and Research position, and as such, successful applicants will demonstrate excellence in teaching (including clinical teaching), research and service and engagement. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Teaching: Develop and deliver courses, engage in curriculum design, coordinate courses, assess students and provide academic counselling.
- Research: Establish a research program, collaborate on research projects and participate in project discussions, seek and manage research funding and publish in reputable journals.
- Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise students, recruit and manage employees, provide performance feedback, mentoring and training, and resolve conflicts.
- Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, engage in internal and external service roles and committees, perform administrative functions, provide support to colleagues, and uphold university values.
This opportunity is being offered at Academic Level B or Level C commensurate with the successful candidate’s skills and experience, in accordance with the University's Criteria for Academic Performance.
