Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with content planning, reporting and distributing communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across platforms.
  • Maintain and moderate communications platforms and channels, ensuring timely updates and engagement with key audiences.
  • Coordinate events and monitor audience engagement as needed to support the team.

Requirements
  • Understanding and knowledge of corporate communications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to write and edit for different audiences, styles and editorial requirements.
  • Proven commitment to collaboration, teamwork and customer service.
  • High-level computer skills and experience using Office 365.
  • Experience in Adobe Express, multimedia software or email marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Understanding of communications planning, delivery and measurement to meet objectives.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Experience in using digital or social media channels.
