Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operational and strategic efforts within the School of Art and the School of Fashion & Textiles.
  • Undertake resource impact analysis for curriculum initiatives and associated implementation plans.
  • Provide strategic advice to inform assessment of global partnerships and industry collaborations.
  • Prepare business continuity and risk assessment plans.
  • Develop a cycle of reporting and review of school strategic execution plans, including staff engagement and mental health and wellbeing plan implementation.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in strategic business planning, financial management, and resource allocation within a complex organization.
  • Proven ability to provide high-level strategic advice, resolve operational issues, and lead large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality client services and building a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, policy interpretation, and ensuring compliance while balancing organizational priorities.
