About the Role
The Data and Insights SSTP Stream Lead will spearhead the data, reporting, and insights workstream within the Student Services Transformation Program. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and delivery expertise to drive successful outcomes. Managing the entire project lifecycle and navigating complex data and insights landscapes, you will oversee reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. As needed, you will also contribute to requirements, wireframes, and solution validation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the data, reporting, and insights workstream within the Student Services Transformation Program, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative solutions that leverage data and analytics to drive program success.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of work packages, while managing stakeholder expectations and building strong relationships.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will possess relevant education, experience, and strong analytical skills. They will have a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, leading data and insights projects, and delivering AI solutions. Their effective project management, communication, and presentation skills will be essential for success in this role.
You will also have:
- A higher education qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in partnering with senior key stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions.
- Experience in leading Data and Insight project delivery teams.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
