The Opportunity
Are you organised, proactive and ready to make a difference? Join us as an Office Coordinator at the William Cooper Institute!
As the first point of contact for students, staff and the general public, you will play a vital role in presenting a professional image of the William Cooper Institute. Your administrative expertise will help ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the institute.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for delivering administrative support and office services, manage processes and advise on policies, coordinate meetings, workshops, events and functions, prepare reports, documents and travel arrangements, facilitate communication and workflow, and produce and edit papers, briefings and presentations.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
