Fixed term, part time position available for 18 months.
We are looking for a GP (or senior trainee) with interest and experience in teaching. You will be working with a committed team of senior researchers and teachers to provide education and resources to fellow primary healthcare practitioners about recognising and responding to un(der)employment and unsatisfactory employment conditions.
There will be opportunities to build academic qualifications/publications.
To be successful you will need:
- A medical degree with public health qualifications, specialist registration or a specialist trainee in general practice.
- Broad understanding of teaching in primary health care to different disciplinary areas, and current knowledge of issues challenging general practice
- Demonstrated teaching experience
- Proven ability to contribute successfully to a multidisciplinary work environment
- Research interests with demonstrated ability for cross-disciplinary collaboration
This position requires a valid National Police Clearance Check
