Responsibilities
  • Support the ITS team with the implementation and launch of the Global Student Program.
  • Coordinate, manage and efficiently deliver the program across RMIT Vietnam in collaboration with RMIT AU ITS project team.
  • Prepare status reports and steering group presentations for various forums.
  • Manage financial, risk, and issue management, schedules, and provide administrative support.
  • Ensure familiarity with the Portfolio Office Delivery Framework and Governance processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing solutions.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a program/portfolio coordinator in a technology environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines while managing priorities.
  • Strong customer service focus and well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Prince2 or PMI is preferable but not essential.
  • Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent for English proficiency.
