Salary
  • Level 8, $111,613 - $126,406 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Lead the business analysis of complex business processes, systems and structures, identifying business requirements and successfully implementing business improvements with a mix of business change and process improvement.
  • Develop project management artefacts including but not limited to business cases, functional specifications, user acceptance test plans and communication plans.
  • Manage the integration requirements of key digital projects to optimise the effectiveness and efficiency of the solution across the organisation.

Requirements
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications with subsequent extensive relevant experience and proven expertise in project delivery ideally within the higher education sector; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
  • Understanding of and experience in the planning, development, integration and implementation of digital systems, applications and services, preferably within higher education.
  • Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks to achieve successful outcomes in a timely manner through the establishment and maintenance of collaborative relationships across and outside the organisation.
  • Experience and knowledge of guidelines, best practices and operating principles in alignment with frameworks and methodologies of one or more of the following will be highly regarded; ITIL 4.0, COBIT, NIST CSF, Agile, TOGAF, PRINCE2, DEVOPS, Six Sigma, BPMN.
