Responsibilities
  • Drive key strategic projects and initiatives for Schools.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of sector trends and issues.
  • Provide expert advice and actionable recommendations to shape academic strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop business cases and impact statements.
  • Prepare high-quality communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Represent the Schools on various university committees and cross-functional projects.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a high-level administrative role with creative, planning, and management functions.
  • Excellent understanding of issues affecting the Tertiary education sector nationally and internationally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Well-developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including report and policy document preparation.
