Salary

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist industrial relations advice to support business needs.
  • Support Enterprise Bargaining and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
  • Design and improve employment and workplace policy and procedures.
  • Manage case management related to workplace relations.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of and experience working with federal employment legislation and case law.
  • Ability to accurately interpret and pragmatically apply legislation and employment law in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of industrial relations principles and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated research and analytical skills appropriate to problem solving, analysis and review.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and solve complex problems.
