Salary
  • Starting salary of $78,584 + 17% superannuation and leave loading

Responsibilities
  • Support and deliver meaningful work to develop your skill set with expected learning throughout the duration of the program.
  • Work on projects, reviewing commercial relationships and contracts, new code development, bug-fixing, or taking part in workshops as part of new system deliveries.
  • Participate in 3 rotations (6 months in a directorate) to gain varied and valuable experience across a range of positions.

Requirements
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to structure and articulate messages to different audiences at all levels.
  • Demonstrated competencies with problem solving, decision-making, persuasiveness, delegation, teamwork, conflict management and stress tolerance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the underlying problem is understood, and a robust approach/solution is developed.
  • Experience in customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Graduated from a University with a bachelor’s degree after 01 Dec 2022.
  • Ready to commence the program from January 2025.
  • An Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
