Salary
  • Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254 (pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and ongoing maintenance of accurate course rules configuration and student enrolment plan templates.
  • Translate course structures and rules into appropriate system configuration.
  • Build student enrolment plan templates based on current curriculum artefacts.
  • Undertake rigorous testing against student records.
  • Liaise with other relevant departments across student administration and schools to determine appropriate actions to correct any identified enrolment issues.
  • Recommend business process changes to improve future course structures and templates.
  • Produce system reports to identify and resolve enrolment issues.
  • Develop strong working relationships with schools to investigate and resolve course and individual student issues.
  • Provide training for staff.
  • Bulk assign student enrolment plan structures and templates, processing of exceptions and substitutions as directed by schools.
  • Provide authoritative advice regarding system functionality.

Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of course structures and rules.
  • Ability to operate within established timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with schools and departments.
  • Experience in system configuration and technical support.
  • Ability to produce system reports and analyze data.
  • Experience in training staff and providing support.
