Responsibilities
  • Support organizational change management efforts for IT projects.
  • Develop change management strategies and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Ensure successful implementation of IT-related initiatives.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts and formulate approaches for change.
  • Facilitate changes that impact IT operational processes.
  • Apply effective OCM methodologies and frameworks within the RMIT Change Management Framework.
  • Complete required change activities and artefacts, including change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Lead or support the delivery of OCM solutions and activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver briefing sessions to various audiences.
  • Support risks and issues management in collaboration with Project Managers.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the University.
  • Contribute to improving change management methodology and tools.
  • Measure and monitor change initiative success measures and identify risk areas.
  • Advise and coach business leaders and stakeholders on best practice OCM.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an OCM practitioner.
  • Experience in supporting change initiatives or projects.
  • Ability to apply OCM frameworks end-to-end.
  • Ability to scope and plan OCM activities and identify gaps, risks, and issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, or Organisational Psychology.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Prosci© certification or equivalent qualification in Change Management.
  • English proficiency with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0.
