Salary
  • Salary Package: From $138,679 per annum (HEW 9), plus 17% employer's superannuation

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of experiential education programs across course, unit, and co-curricular levels for assigned Faculties.
  • Manage and develop a shared pool of staff to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of programs.
  • Drive initiatives that align with the strategic priorities of each Faculty’s Deputy Dean for Education and Employability.
  • Spearhead global engagement and form strategic partnerships to enhance Graduate Futures.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support the University’s strategic goals.

Requirements
  • A relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Extensive experience in managing in-curriculum experiential education programs within a Faculty and at a University level.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education context and evolving policy environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership and vision.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including industry partners and educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing course curriculum and managing satisfaction of curriculum requirements.
  • Exceptional competency in navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to higher education.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and performance evaluation.
