Coordinate initiatives fostering a sense of belonging and connection within the FEIT student community through enrichment programs across the entire student journey.
Play a pivotal role in enhancing the academic and personal development of FEIT students by coordinating enrichment programs, ultimately positioning FEIT as a leading destination for engineering and IT education.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and implement the Student Experience strategic plan and new/existing engagement initiatives through activities and events.
- Design, execute, and evaluate tailored experiential learning programs for FEIT students.
- Coordinate enrichment program operations including processes, recruitment, training, technology platforms and content development.
Who We Are Looking For
You will be an experienced program/project coordinator adept at managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, combining strong communication skills with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities to deliver creative solutions.
You will also have:
- A tertiary qualification with subsequent work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training in a similar role in a tertiary environment.
- Proven ability to develop/manage relationships with employers, industry, community groups and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across teams.
- Capacity to work autonomously and lead projects with minimal supervision.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
