Play your part in creating tomorrow's world, today! As a Future Students Officer, you'll play a crucial role in driving student recruitment in Southeast Asia. You'll work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement effective strategies, engage with stakeholders, and deliver targeted recruitment initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of a regional recruitment plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with channel partners, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
- Recruitment Activities: Organize and coordinate recruitment events, presentations, and campus experiences.
- Student Support: Provide accurate advice to prospective students and their associates.
- Marketing and Communications: Develop tailored marketing materials and campaigns.
- Operations and Reporting: Prepare reports, analyse outcomes, and ensure compliance with university policies.

About You
- Proven experience and knowledge in implementing student recruitment plans and initiatives through effective customer service and relationship management to achieve targets.
- Proven ability to conduct market research, gather data, and build strong relationships with channel partners to drive successful recruitment initiatives.
- Ability to work in a culturally sensitive environment and work effectively in diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports, draft marketing content specific to the target region, and conduct presentations.
- Knowledge and experience of the Australian international higher education sector, including GTE, compliance, and ESOS Act.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, education check, AHPRA registration, mandatory immunisations, first aid and/or CPR certification, blue card check, etc.
