About This Opportunity
The Parking and Transport Senior Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of UQ’s parking and transport systems. You will oversee daily operations, manage procurement, and provide exceptional customer service to our diverse community of students, staff, and visitors.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Manage parking facilities, ensuring safety, maintenance, and accessibility
- Support transport systems, including public transport and bicycle facilities
- Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships
- Liaise with stakeholders and address operational issues

About You
Proven experience in managing parking facilities and related operations, ideally gained within a large organisation or institutional environment. Your ability to navigate procurement processes, including managing purchase orders and building strong vendor relationships, demonstrates your strategic thinking and operational efficiency. A deep commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential for this role.
Your ability to resolve inquiries promptly and build positive relationships with our diverse community will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations will make you a valuable asset to our team.
You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
